Another week has gone by and hopefully, you are still getting after it! If everything worked correctly, you should be noticing that there were some updates to the newsletter! I created a logo and renamed it! I never was a huge fan of "Exploring Tech" and I finally came up and liked the name Tech Thoughts so here we are. I created a logo and did some other cosmetic changes and got this newsletter looking official!
One of the things that has helped me get to the place I am today is staying consistent. One of the things that I have started to implement was creating a schedule of some of the routine things that I do every week. By doing this, I have been able to make sure that I am doing what I need to do to achieve some of my goals. It has been only a couple of days at the time of writing this, but this has started to work. I'll check back with you guys in a month to see how it has gone so there you go, you got a future look at one of the future newsletter articles haha.
With this change, however, I did start something new, going to the gym. I'm going to the gym 3x a week now, and starting next week, I'll be running on my off days. Now for the people who know me personally, working out is not my thing. I don't enjoy doing it at all and I do not enjoy doing this in front of others. Putting myself in that situation is just something that I'm not exactly comfortable with all the time. But realistically, I needed to start working out to take care of my body.
This has led me to have to get out of my comfort zone. This is something that isn't easy to do necessarily all the time. Getting out of your comfort zone is not something that most people necessarily want to just do, but it is something that if you do it correctly, you can achieve great things. Something that I have become very aware of is that you do not get great success by just staying in your lane and doing the things that you are comfortable with. You need to break out of that situation and try to push yourself.
Now, I know this is all easy to say, and trust me, as someone who didn't use to get himself out of his comfort zone. I know how you are feeling. Personally, to get myself to that point, what I started to do was try to handle smaller things to get myself out there. So here is my challenge to you! Try to think of some smaller things that you find difficult to get out there, and try to get out of your comfort zone!
Good luck! And let me know how it goes!
