Hey there! How is your week going? Sorry for not releasing a newsletter last week! I had a pretty jam-packed week last week and fell behind. Because of that, I wasn't able to get something out that I had time to put my thoughts behind. When I started this newsletter and other forms of content creation, I had told myself that I was not going to release stuff if I thought it was not great, so that is what happened! Hope you had a jam-packed week/weekend of productivity and fun!
Last week, I experienced a scenario of having difficulty balancing a work/life balance. Something like that is hard for me because I am a bit of a workaholic. I enjoy doing these things for work so I can sometimes get caught in the rut of constantly working all the time. Because of that, I can sometimes not handle the balance between the two lifestyles. Friends and family sometimes have to pull me out of it because I will get trapped.
While having this drive to accomplish things could be good, it is also important to be able to take a deep breath and a step back. I am someone who runs 100 mph and even though I'm enjoying it, sometimes the stress level I self inflict on myself can be too much. This is why you should always try to have that balance in your life so that you can destress. It isn't a bad thing to slow down sometimes. It isn't a problem to not go 100 mph all the time. What is the real point in life and accomplishing all these things if you can't fully enjoy it?
So with this being said, I'm going to start to reflect more and try to not stress myself out because I didn't achieve a million things every day. Hopefully, you will think about this and try to do the same =)
